Territory Sales Specialist – Medical Device Sales

Houston, TX | Field-Based 

About the Role

We are hiring a  Territory Sales Specialist  to support and grow our medical device business across  Texas , with a primary focus on  Houston . This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career medical sales professional who wants real responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to represent  high-quality, premium medical technology  in a fast-growing environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a  startup mindset -  motivated, curious, and eager to build something meaningful.

Territory & Travel

  • Location:  Houston, TX
  • Territory:  Texas
  • Travel:  Approximately 75% field-based travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, primarily within  ASCs
  • Execute sales calls, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth within the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Manage territory planning, scheduling, and follow-up independently
  • Share market insights, ideas, and customer feedback with internal teams
  • Represent the company with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
  • Experience selling  outside of the operating room  preferred
  • ASC sales experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree  preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
