Your Day-to-Day:

You will be responsible for leading plumbing installations and repairs in residential settings. From installing water heaters to fixtures or work in sewers and drains, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Expectations include the following: 

• Installing plumbing systems in residential homes 
• Installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters 
• Testing plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning 
• Leading installations, following the plan established and adjusting when necessary. 
• Working alongside a plumbing apprentice to assist with the daily jobs. 
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients. 
• Keeping up to date with industry best-practices and emerging technologies. 

What Does It Take?

• Valid Journeyman Plumber License and Driver’s License Required 
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred 
• Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen 
• Strong interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work 

Pay:  

• $45.00-$55.00/per hour
• Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus for licensed Journeyman Plumbers
