Key Responsibilities:

• Lead candidate sourcing and research efforts to fill skilled trades positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Keep job postings up-to-date, ensuring they attract top talent in skilled trades recruiting.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers for skilled trades roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their skilled trades recruiting needs and achieve hiring goals.
• Share industry knowledge and updates with the team to maintain VIP Staffing's competitive edge in skilled trades recruiting.
• Handle payroll processing on a weekly basis with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, craft impactful resumes, run background checks, verify work authorization via I9 E-Verify, and manage employee drug screening.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience specializing in skilled trades recruiting and staffing.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, are essential for a Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive interviews to identify top skilled trades talent.
• Expert phone screening abilities to ensure no detail is overlooked in skilled trades recruiting.
• Professional email communication skills, with an understanding of business etiquette.
