The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Freelance/Contract Graphic Designer for execution-focused project assignments. This role is dedicated to the precise and efficient production of a high volume of digital assets based on established creative briefs, templates, and style guides. The ideal contractor excels at production pipeline efficiency, meticulous file preparation, asset iteration, and technical compliance, ensuring flawless delivery under tight deadlines.

Who You Are

• Expert Software Proficiency : You have absolute mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, including advanced production features such as Artboards, Smart Objects, Layer Comps, Batch Actions, and optimized exporting for web and digital platforms
• Technically Precise : You’re experienced in preparing and exporting production-ready files that meet strict technical specifications from marketing teams, developers, print vendors, and advertising platforms
• Efficient & Streamlined : You apply efficiency techniques such as shortcuts, batch processing, reusable templates, and action scripts to deliver high-volume work quickly without compromising quality
• Organized to a Fault : Your file structures, layer naming conventions, version control, and asset archives are clean, consistent, and easy for teams to navigate
• Portfolio-Ready : You maintain a polished portfolio showcasing clean, technically accurate design work and demonstrating your ability to produce repeatable, high-quality output at scale

This is a contract-based role with a targeted pay range of $30–$50 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors. Because this is a contract role, no benefits are provided. As this is a contract role, there are no benefits provided. Hours will vary based on project needs, and there are no guaranteed or set weekly hours. Work volume may fluctuate from week to week depending on the scope and timing of assignments.
