**What You’ll Do**
* Lead marketing strategy: Develop and execute inbound and growth marketing strategies for both Lean Labs and select client accounts.
* Manage campaigns: Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, SEO, paid, email, social) that drive awareness and qualified leads.
* Collaborate with teams: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and growth strategists to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable results.
* Track and report performance: Set clear KPIs, track performance in HubSpot and Google Analytics, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
* Build the brand: Elevate Lean Labs’ marketing presence through storytelling, thought leadership, and consistent brand voice.
* Manage client communication: Serve as the main marketing point of contact for key clients, ensuring strategic alignment and ROI-focused execution.
**What You Bring**
* 4+ years in digital marketing, inbound marketing, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of HubSpot, SEO, conversion funnels, and content marketing.
* Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver results.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
* Passion for remote teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
