Salary Range: $93000 - $140000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management across raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods to minimize holding costs while ensuring production continuity.
• Lead demand forecasting and supply planning activities to align production schedules with customer orders and market trends.
• Optimize logistics and warehousing operations including inbound freight internal material flow and outbound distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency reduce waste and implement best practices.
• Mitigate supply chain risks such as supplier disruptions material shortages and geopolitical impacts to ensure business continuity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes inventory control and logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership negotiation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and drive cost efficiencies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g. SAP APO Kinaxis O9 Solutions)
