First shift, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

What you’ll do

• Operate and care for sheet-fed presses to meet customer and job ticket specs
• Translate job orders into accurate setups: substrates, ink systems, coatings, and finishing
• Load sheets; mount plates and blankets; set ink/water balance; achieve tight registration and color accuracy
• Monitor runs and fine-tune ink flow, impression, and feeder settings
• Perform ongoing quality checks to uphold company and customer standards
• Troubleshoot print and mechanical issues to reduce waste and downtime
• Handle routine cleaning and maintenance; report major repair needs
• Maintain a safe, orderly press area
• Communicate proactively with supervisors, production, and quality

What you’ll need

• Demonstrated experience on sheet-fed offset or digital presses (Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, or similar)
• Knowledge of substrates for labels, tags, cartons, and specialty packaging
• Strong color sense and attention to detail
• Ability to read job tickets, production schedules, and quality requirements
• Preferred exposure to offset, UV, and water-based inks and coatings
• Mechanical aptitude for adjustments and minor fixes
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at pace
• Dependable team player with solid communication skills
