Raw Rations Pet Food & Wellness in Sauk City, WI is looking for one retail manager to join our team. We are located on 759 Phillips Blvd. We are looking for a self-motivated leader to help oversee our day-to-day retail experience at our two locations. This position will be based out of Sauk City but will also be responsible for managing our Dubuque store. Travel is required between locations. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, have strong attention to detail, and be business minded to help reach our sales goals for 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff in retail store (arriving on time, performing job duties correctly, practicing time management)
• Manage customer experience & business image
• Provide excellent level of customer service in retail store
• Scheduling of retail staff
• Manage employee satisfaction and any conflicts that arise
• Assist in day-to-day operations of entire business
• Training employees both when they are new and ongoing
• Hiring/Interviews as needed
• Meet retail sales goals
• Build outside relationships within local communities

Qualifications

• Retail experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of the pet industry or a like industry
• Management experience strongly preferred
• A background in analytics/sales driven results
