• Own roofing projects from start to finish — hitting deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Lead crews and hold them accountable to production and safety standards.

• Solve problems quickly and make confident decisions to keep jobs moving.

• Apply proven systems while improving efficiency and enforcing compliance.

✅ Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish & English (required)

• Residential roofing knowledge + leadership experience required

• Clean driving record​

• Tech-savvy with scheduling and project management tools

• Detail-driven, disciplined, and structured in execution
