UBREAKIFIX by Asurion is hiring for all Snohomish County Location for the following position

Experienced Sales Person:
We are looking for self-motivated sales people with prior wireless carrier experience and who are comfortable dealing with customers and attaching warranty, insurance plan, offering accessories, add-on services and in-home technology solutions.

What you will do:

• Greet and check in customers waiting in our lobby.
• Perform basic diagnostics and functionality tests and create detailed notes when in-taking devices.
• Position and offer Home+, accessories, and add-on services.
• Processing and returning damaged or aged inventory.
• Assist store manager with maintaining the repair queue and making sure that repairs are being done on time and on schedule.
• Exceed store’s sales budget and expected attachment rate for Home+ and accessories.
• Oversee repair metrics like return repair rates and turnaround times.
• Maintains Cleanliness of the Store in down time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay : $17-$19 hourly to UNCAPPED per month... depends on you! But, If you are coming here for the hourly rate..you will not be here long.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift (Full-Time).

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred in Wireless Carrier Stores).
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred, also with Wireless Carrier Experience).

Work Location: In person at one of our Snohomish County Locations.
