Position: Remote Notary / Legal Admin Assistant

We are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic and diverse team, and we are looking for a Remote Notary / Legal Admin Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Remote Notary / Legal Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and ensuring that all documents are accurately notarized and processed promptly. This is a full-time remote position, and you can work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Notarize legal documents accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all documents comply with state and federal laws
- Maintain accurate records of notarized documents
- Communicate with clients and attorneys to gather necessary documents and information
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all documents are processed promptly
- Keep up-to-date with changes in notary laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Notary Public in the state of residence
- 1-2 years of experience as a notary or legal assistant
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience working remotely preferred
