This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Additional Information:** + **Shift Leadership** : Serve as the 2nd shift superintendent at the Seymour Engine Plant, providing on-site leadership and oversight across multiple production departments. + **Team Management** : Directly manage a team of 4-6 exempt employees, ensuring alignment with operational goals and fostering a high-performance culture. + **Operational Coordination** : Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily activities for both Operations and Materials teams, maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration through dotted-line relationships. + **Shift Communication** : Ensure consistent and effective communication between shifts, utilizing both verbal updates and electronic reporting tools to maintain continuity and transparency. + **Preferred Experience** : A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; 5+ years is preferred.
