Reporting to the Perioperative Services Nurse Manager, the Operating Room Surgery Staff Nurse will be supported by skilled charge nurses, clinical educators, experienced surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, and a friendly, diverse team of interdisciplinary clinicians. The Operating Room Surgery Staff Nurse will circulate and scrub across key specialties, champion aseptic technique, ensure accurate counts and documentation, advocate for patients and families, collaborate closely with surgeons, and help precept newer team members within a positive, team-oriented culture.
