Job Description

As the ambassador of our digital transformation program in your assigned ship, you will oversee all digital experience products across multiple platforms. This includes driving awareness, ensuring compliance with brand and digital standards, and coordinating all releases, implementation, and change management efforts. You will also monitor the onboard digital employee and guest experience, and help evaluate the new equipment, resources, and systems. You’re the Onboard Digital Manager we want if you have extensive digital project delivery experience, are knowledgeable of content management systems (including Adobe software), and have excellent communication, organizational, and training skills.

Candidates are expected to work on board an international cruise ship.
