Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients during overnight shifts
Partner with families, support coordinators, and medical teams to carry out effective care plans
Administer medications, monitor health status, and complete accurate documentation
Educate families on managing their child’s medical needs
Maintain compliance with Arizona regulations and DNI standards
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of Arizona
Current CPR certification, we can help you obtain if needed
Pediatric experience preferred but not required; paid training provided
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
