Job Description

Centurion is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Women's Eastern Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center located in Vandalia, Missouri.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with IV Certification or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
