Job Description

Talent One is searching for a highly organized, visually sharp Lead Graphic Designer to work for a well, established Client in the city of Commerce.

• More than 10 years of strong hands-on graphic design experience.
• Proven success designing for Amazon, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms.
• Experience in eCommerce with Consumer Package Goods, Lighting, Consumer electronics, or product catalogs.
• Experience in developing and implementing brand & visual guidelines.
• Experience in developing packaging from start to finish.
• Experience in managing external vendors, freelancers.
• Experience producing high quality, next generation, engaging social media graphics.
• Experience producing high quality digital graphics and layout designs for email marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain distinct brand guidelines for both our residential and commercial product lines.
• Distribute and enforce brand guidelines across freelancers, internal teams, and production artists.
• Review, organize, and standardize design files for use across digital and print formats.
• Manage and delegate work to freelance designers, 3D renders artists, photographers, and video editors.
• Hire quality freelancers and production artists.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute visuals for, social media campaigns, email marketing and website promotions and seasonal campaigns.
