Italian Chef Italian chef Our new restaurant opened in Jing'an district is seeking Italian Pizza chef / pizzaiolo! -By setting up the kitchen ready for service -By making sure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy during service -By preparing, cooking and serving food to the highest Pizza Express standards following the How To cards -By making sure food is served quickly and in the correct order -By communicating to manager and front of house team about any food shortages before and during service, to make sure customers know about this before they order -By making sure all the deliveries are checked into the restaurant to company standard, if applicable, and advising the manager if any problems -By making sure the correct stock rotation principles (FIFO) are adhered to -By making sure the correct par levels are maintained -By recording all food wastage accurately -By following the cleaning rota to make sure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times -By carrying out all the temperature checks as needed Job Requirement Strong command of English, speaking Italian and Mandarin would be good. Hard working, proactive, could finish daily work with high quality. At least 2 years relevant working experiences. Have very good personal hygiene standard，good team player.
