Job Title: Industrial Laundry Production Operator Job Summary The Industrial Laundry Production Operator performs essential production functions to process linens, garments, and textiles using industrial laundry equipment in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This position supports daily operational goals in a manufacturing environment while complying with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions The following duties represent the essential functions of the position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.
- Operate industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, folders, ironers, and presses, in accordance with training and safety guidelines
- Sort, load, unload, and move textiles according to established production procedures
- Inspect items for quality, stains, or damage and report issues as required
- Meet productivity and quality standards in a team-based production environment
- Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and infection control policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding workflow and equipment issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned, consistent with business needs
Qualifications - Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work cooperatively in a production environment
- Prior industrial, manufacturing, or laundry experience is helpful but not required
- Training will be provided

- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during scheduled work hours
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 80 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and grasping
- Ability to work in a warm, humid, and fast-paced industrial environment
Work Environment - Industrial laundry facility with exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and moving machinery
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required as applicable
Schedule - Full-time
- Shifts may include days, evenings, and overtime based on operational needs
