**Overview** **Educate. Advocate. Drive Meaningful Hospice Referrals.** We are seeking a Hospice Care Consultant - Physician and Family Liaison to join our team. Reporting directly to the AVP of Business Development, you will focus on building strong relationships with physician practices, nurse practitioners, and their support teams to drive early and appropriate hospice referrals.
