About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:
Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 Dave’s Hot Chicken locations committed, 10 currently open, and plans for at least 7 more in the next 3 years. We pride ourselves in serving up the freshest of flavors in beautiful environments with distinctive décor. In 2023, we were honored to be named the Franchisee of the Year for QDOBA!
