**Job Summary:**
Centennial Heart is looking for a general cardiologist to join their team at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, TN.
**Qualified Candidates:**
+ Board eligible or board certified in cardiovascular disease
+ Active TN License or ability to obtain
+ Both experienced candidates and fellows will be considered

+ We are part of a team of over 40 experienced cardiologists leading the local and regional area in specialized collaborative cardiac care
+ Clinic conveniently located on hospital campus
+ Accredited chest pain center with a 24/7 STEMI PCI laboratory
+ Shared Call Model
+ Average of 20 patient office visits daily per cardiologist
+ TriStar Summit Medical Center, 218-bed comprehensive facility offering a full array of acute care services including cardiology, emergency, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, surgical, and women's services.
