Position: Experienced Leasing Consultant - Luxury Apartment Community

Banyan Living is in search of an experienced Leasing Consultant to help promote our luxury apartment community in North Royalton Ohio. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have a proven track record in leasing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage prospective residents, showcasing our luxury apartment features to create lasting impressions.
• Utilize your sales expertise to effectively qualify leads and convert them into residents.
• Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Conduct thorough follow-ups with leads, providing timely answers to inquiries and helping to finalize lease agreements.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential residents.
• Assist in organizing resident events and community activities that enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and leases in the property management system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably in a luxury apartment setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving leasing goals.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to excellence in service.

Requirements
