Job Description & Skill Requirement:


a. Core understanding of electrical design principles and ability to apply knowledge in real world high mix, low volume assembly & test applications
b. Basic understanding of interactions between electrical and mechanical systems
c. Ability to work hands-on with electrical test equipment in a factory & lab setting
d. Experience with the design, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical test equipment used to verify safety and functionality in a factory environment
e. Basic understanding of software used to support factory test processes and the interaction between software and hardware in a factory test environment
f. Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings, schematics, & process sheets, with experience required to identify gaps or improvement opportunities, and answer questions for 3rd party suppliers supporting the RFQ process.
g. Familiarity with assembly process creation & optimization
h. Familiarity with factory test equipment and processes
i. Ability to communicate with external suppliers as well as internal stakeholders across functions
