Job Description
Summary:
As a non-emergency Driver Technician, you will be essential in ensuring safe and efficient transportation to clients going to doctor appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport passengers or goods to their destinations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with passengers or clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle.
- Follow designated routes and schedules.
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their belongings if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Applicant should be a minimum of 23 years old for auto insurance purposes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commercial driving experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers or clients.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects if required.
