We specialize in ADHD, Learning Differences, Anxiety & Depression and Autism. Our strategic priorities include: being people first and empowering our workforce, creating systems built on equity, access, and inclusion, elevating technology and strengthening our community partnerships.
Our mission is to remove barriers to learning, helping children and teens become resilient, happy and successful, at home, at school, and in life. We specialize in ADHD, Learning Differences, Anxiety & Depression, and Autism.
Children’s Health Council seeks a high-energy, mission-driven relationship builder to lead individual philanthropy—anchored in major gifts with oversight of the annual fund and events strategy. You will manage a personal portfolio of ~120–150 donors and prospects; mobilize volunteer leadership (Board Philanthropy Committee and Event Committees); and partner with the Chief Philanthropy Officer on Board relations and an organization-wide culture of philanthropy. You will refresh strategy across major gifts, annual fund, and events to meet—and exceed—annual goals. Success is measured by revenue growth, retention and upgrades, pipeline health, and a standout donor experience.
