Job Overview:

Topsider Homes in Clemmons, NC (near Winston-Salem) is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to help develop and manage marketing programs for lead generation, sales support, and brand building. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing – experience in creative and traditional marketing a big plus.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with platforms related to digital marketing and analytics, including Facebook Ads, Directories, Link Building & Basic SEO.
• Experience in working with outside vendors for various technical initiatives.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation : Based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits: PPO health plan, including dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation policy, etc.
