Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. We are looking for a Data Integration Services Coordinator to support one of our clients. Job Responsibilities: + Service Coordination & Monitoring + Assist in daily coordination with managed service providers (MSPs) + Monitor SLAs and KPIs using dashboards and reports + Escalate issues to senior team members or vendors as needed + Data & Integration Support + Support routine checks on data pipelines and integrations + Help document issues and resolutions for ETL/ELT processes + Collaborate with senior engineers to understand design standards + Stakeholder Communication + Share regular status updates with internal leads + Participate in vendor meetings and take notes/action items + Help track compliance and performance metrics + Process & Documentation + Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles + Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements + Learn and apply automation tools under guidance + 10% onsite at the client lab in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC Basic Qualifications: + Minimum 2+ years' work experience + Understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines + Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms Azure, AWS and hybrid environments + Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools e.g., ServiceNow, Jira is a plus + Strong communication and coordination skills + Familiarity with data integration platforms (e.g., Axway, Redwood) + HS Diploma / GED Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
