You will be actively involved in initiatives across both internal and external communications, helping to shape the company's narrative for associates, the community, and the public. Under the guidance and mentorship of experienced communications professionals, your role will involve: + **Internal Communications:** Assisting with the creation, editing, and distribution of content for internal channels to engage corporate and field associates. + **External Communications & Public Relations:** Supporting media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and monitoring company coverage. + **Content Development:** Utilizing strong writing and editing skills to craft various communication materials, including articles, announcements, and key messages. + **Digital Engagement:** Applying a strong understanding of social media platforms and potentially assisting with design and video editing for communications campaigns. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience across the full spectrum of corporate communications and prepare you for a successful career. At the end of the program, each intern will be responsible for a presentation centered on what they learned and a real-world challenge/opportunity they helped to solve. **Required Skills and Experience:** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. + A superb storyteller with demonstrable writing and editing skills.
