Job Description
**BayCare is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and provide expert guidance on complex pay practices. This role is ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in collaborative environments, excels in data-driven decision-making, and is passionate about delivering equitable and competitive compensation solutions.**
**What You'll Do:**
Facilitate and lead discussions with business leaders to identify compensation solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Lead system-wide projects related to compensation strategy and implementation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to compensation team members on projects and training.
Conduct complex salary benchmarking analyses, including executive, physician, and APP compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations governing compensation practices.

Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and navigate discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Brings proven consulting experience and deep knowledge of compensation and total rewards practices, as well as relevant legislation.
Has a track record of successfully leading projects from start to completion.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation analysis.
Proven consulting experience with a strong understanding of compensation and total rewards practices, as well as relevant legislation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion.
**Strongly Preferred:**
Advanced knowledge of executive and physician compensation programs.
Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP).
Experience with compensation-related systems and tools.
