We’ve partnered with a nationally respected commercial roofing and building envelope contractor—renowned for handling mission-critical, multi-million-dollar projects across federal, healthcare, government, institutional, and industrial sectors. They’re expanding rapidly and need a confident, capable Project Manager to anchor operations in Laurel, MD.

Your Mission:

  • Oversee complex roofing and building envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M+
  • Manage federal and government projects requiring strict compliance and security clearance
  • Lead safety, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination from inception to closeout
  • Deliver work in occupied and secure environments—hospitals, military bases, schools, and government sites
  • Partner closely with clients, vendors, field teams, and internal departments to ensure success
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve issues swiftly, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years leading commercial roofing or building envelope projects, including experience managing federal or government-funded projects
  • Deep knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing
  • Proficiency with tools such as Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of federal project compliance, documentation, and reporting standards
  • Experience working in occupied or high-security environments with a safety-first mindset
  • OSHA 30 or 500 certification required (EM 385 or LEED accreditation a plus)
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
