At Kubel's our staff is like a family. Our current chef is in the process of retiring and we are looking for someone to fill his role. While we still want to offer our Kubel's classics, we are looking for another inspired chef with fresh ideas. Our head chef is expected to manage all things in the kitchen, staff food and equipment. Duties include ordering, staffing, training, scheduling, menu creation, making sure kitchen equipment is maintained properly, using back of house POS, pricing, and prepping/cooking.
