What You’ll Do:  

• Operate Semi Truck  

• Ensure the safety procedures are followed  

• Incorporate good manufacturing practices established at the location  

• Required to follow established HACCP procedures developed at the location  

• Detects malfunction of equipment and inform appropriate personnel.  

• Performs other duties as assigned or requested by manager.  

• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures  

• Notify manager immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.  

What You’ll Bring:  

• Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License  

• One year relate experience and / or training  

• Math skills are required including Add, Subtract, Multiply and Division  

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions  

• Through individual and team efforts, enthusiastically work toward the continuous improvement of his/her job, work area, department, and Lakeside as a whole.  

Where You’ll Work:  

Milton- Freewater  

Located in northeastern Oregon (just 18 miles south of Walla Walla, Washington), Milton- Freewater is a community surrounded by orchards, wheat fields and vineyards set against the beautiful Blue Mountains .   

Long before the two towns of Milton and Freewater merged in 1950, settlers flocked to this area to take advantage of the fertile soil.  Now situated within the acclaimed Walla Walla Valley Wine Appellation and the newly formed The Rocks District of Milton- Freewater sub-appellation, the area is still well known for its agricultural bounty. Lots of sun in the summer and mild winters contribute to an almost perfect climate. The area is also home to surprising natural beauty and outdoor recreation
