Our Business Management Trainee Program is an entry-level leadership development opportunity designed for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals seeking long-term growth in business management, marketing, and nonprofit fundraising .
We partner with nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and ethical brands to support community outreach, donor engagement, and fundraising initiatives through live events and grassroots marketing campaigns.
As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured, paid training program that provides hands-on experience across event management, fundraising coordination, team leadership, and campaign performance analysis . You’ll work closely with experienced leaders while developing the skills needed to advance into management roles.
Participate in paid leadership training and one-on-one mentorship
Assist with coordinating fundraising, marketing, and community outreach events
Support on-site event operations and maintain relationships with community partners
Help recruit, train, and mentor new team members
Track and analyze campaign metrics to improve outreach and fundraising effectiveness
Represent nonprofit partners and client organizations with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Problem-solving mindset with initiative and adaptability
Interest in nonprofit fundraising, community outreach, or business management
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
No prior management experience required; training provided
Paid training in leadership, business management, event coordination, and nonprofit engagement
