As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll work across home, school, and community environments. Responsibilities:

  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Teach Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training.
  • Be responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Update client program and materials.
  • Arrive at appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled time and return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Meet regularly with the Clinical Director and notify her/him immediately of issues impacting the client’s progress and satisfaction.
  • Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures and completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a billable caseload and document billable hours according to state and federal regulation.
  • Participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth.
  • Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required; Ph.D. preferred.
  • BCBA certification and/or licensed professional.
  • At least 1 year of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies.
  • Experience with staff training and supervision.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work well as part of a team.
  • Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.
