Desserts Etc in Hershey, PA is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Barista to join our team! The Barista's position primarily involves working with customers on the bakery retail floor. Our ideal candidate is friendly, self-driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working. Must have weekday morning and weekend availability!

Tipped Position - Estimated Between $6-$8 in tips per hour on top of base hourly rate!

Responsibilities

• High quality customer service
• Assist our guests with their Dessert orders
• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6am - 10pm
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferable experience as a barista or in customer service
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
