A reputable Family Law practice seeks an attorney with 2-4 years of family law experience to join its team in Oakland . The practice provides high-quality legal services across the Bay Area, focusing on family and child-related matters during transitional times.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and empathetic, with strong organizational and client-facing skills. The role includes litigation work and requires experience with support calculations, Essential Forms, Attorney’s Briefcase, and Westlaw. ProLaw familiarity is a plus. Reasonable billable hours and generous benefits make this a great opportunity for someone passionate about family law.

Qualifications:

• Active CA Bar membership in good standing.
• 2-4 years of family law experience.
• Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and court appearances.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
