About the Role: Are you a creative communicator with a passion for digital marketing? Join our team as an Associate Marketing Specialist, where you’ll collaborate with clients to support their marketing strategies and help bring their digital campaigns to life. In this role, you’ll assist with implementing marketing services, managing day-to-day efforts across platforms, and providing insightful performance reports. You’ll also consult with clients, deliver product training, and stay up to date on the latest industry trends. What You’ll Do: - Support the implementation and day-to-day management of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, and reputation management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations that align with their marketing objectives
- Assist in executing digital campaigns using Yardi’s standardized processes and established best practices
Who You Are: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Working knowledge of PPC tactics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Familiarity with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- Knowledge of current content management systems
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
